Director of Design and Brand Management

As Director of Design and Brand Management, led creative direction and brand strategy for international student recruitment across INTO’s 20+ U.S. partner universities. Spearheaded the design and rollout of 11 co-branded university partnerships and annual recruitment campaigns, translating brand strategy into compelling visual storytelling across multiple channels. Ensured brand consistency by collaborating with university marketing teams and INTO’s global network—including UK colleagues, regional offices, and recruitment agents. Led and mentored a team of three designers, driving high-quality creative execution while shaping industry best practices to enhance brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
