Led brand management and marketing strategy for international student recruitment across INTO's 20+ U.S. university partnerships, helping institutions connect with prospective students across multiple countries and cultures. Launched 11 co-branded university partnerships and annual marketing campaigns—translating complex institutional values into clear, compelling stories that resonated across channels. Managed a team of three designers and a production manager, collaborating with global teams to maintain brand consistency while respecting local needs.

During the pandemic, the marketing team successfully navigated unprecedented challenges through innovative marketing promotions and clear best practices that prioritized student safety and wellbeing—maintaining trust and enrollment momentum during uncertain times.

Redesigned the CRM email template for 30 global university partners, creating a more engaging and user-friendly experience that significantly improved performance: 25% increase in open rates, 72% increase in click-to-open rates, and 84% increase in application rates. Provided strategic guidance on visual systems, messaging frameworks, and industry best practices that drove enrollment growth and strengthened brand awareness.
